او لوحدك ودا محتاج منك تشوف علي اليوتيوب الخطوات وتاخد ورقك كله اسكانر ..وتحضر فيزا للدفع باي عمله
الوقت ...لدخول الامتحان 3 شهور من اول ما يتوافق ع ورقك في الداتا فلو ...الmoh بطيئه جدا وبترجع الورق فامجز نفسك وظبط ورقك كويس

1- دي اتش dha
دا دبي الناس اللي معندهاش اقامات تمتحنه لان للاقامه مفتوحه للمصريين بس في دبي ..امتحانه مش سهل فرص الشغل اقل بس كله نصيب
2- ام او اتش moh
دا للشارقه وعجمان امتحانه معقول ونسب النجاح اكتر للناس اللي معاها اقامه
3- هاد Haad
دا ابوظبي محتاج مذاكره كويسه لانه حاليا بقي صعب وفي basic كتير
بوست جمعت فيه كل المعلومات عن المذاكره
دلوقت كل الfiles االي محتاجنها في المذاكره موجوده في group files

دا كتاب في اساله وشرح للاجابات مع short notes
(كويس جدا ركزوا في الشرح مش هقول يغني عن النظري لكن اللي وقته ضيق هيديلك فكره كويسه عن المواضيع المكرره)
2)المونه 13 ودي اساله مجمعه لكل البرانشات بالاجابات فيها اخطاء بسيطه وفي المدونه surgical الناس اللي هتدخل haad تقرا منها جزء ال basic science

- Internal Medicine :
Endocrinology :
- Diabetes insipidus ( the concentration of salts in blood and urine )
- Thyroid ( hyperthyroidism , solitary thyroid nodule , TSH , T3 , T4 )
- *** Diabetes Mellitus ( Oral hypoglycemics : names - what to start with - mechanism of action - benefits - side effect - contraindications - when to add/shift to a new drug - drug of choice if you have DM plus other condition ; e.g. hypertension ,, ..... Diabetic coma : hypo/hyper - what is your next step )
GIT :
- *** Mid-epigastric pain DD (acute pancreatitis - peptic ulcer/perforated PU - intestinal obstruction ) with x-rays and appropriate next step in management
- ***A 50s male with colon cancer ( with labs showing anemia )
- Acute cholecystitis
- Acute appendicits / with mass ( be careful if there is a mass in the question because the next step in management will be conservative with rest and antibiotics not surgery )

- Those 2 chapters are very important both in internal medicine and pediatrics with the most lab added questions , you must differentiate between anemia types from labs given , so the leukemias , also platelet and coagulation disorders such ITP , DIC , coagulation factors deficiencies...
- Indication of blood transfusion
- Also alot of questions contain fever in its case , try to concentrate at common infectious diseses
Nephrology :
- Nephritic/nephrotic syndrome
Pulmonology :
- ***Pneumonia with effusion ( containing lab - you must know different causes and types of pleural effusions )
- *** Pneumothorax ( classic simple case )
- *** Treatment of pul T.B. ( schedule and duration - side effects - screen test - most accurate investigation )
- DVT & Pulmonary thromboembolism ( most risk factors - management )
-*** Bronchial Asthma ( stable/unstable symptoms and your action - stepwise approach - your action when the pt want to play sport like running competitions with given symptoms )
